Agencies can activate listing boost packages on LetFlat. The system distributes boosts as a queue inside the account, giving regular visibility without flooding the search results.

How it works

The agency chooses a package in the landlord area.
The system generates a PDF contract and PDF invoice.
After payment confirmation, a LetFlat administrator manually activates the package.
Boosting is not applied to all listings at once: the agency chooses which listings join the package, the system rotates them in a queue, and the package switches off automatically at the end of the term.

Documents and activation

Each package request includes a contract and invoice. This is practical for a B2B launch and keeps monetization manageable before full automation.
